Manager – Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory

As a member of BDO’s Audit team, you will support clients in delivering accurate, transparent reporting while helping them navigate capital raising and financial reporting challenges. Your responsibilities will include: managing assurance services for debt and equity capital‑raising strategies, overseeing and developing staff, and collaborating with senior management to ensure high‑quality audit outcomes.

• CPA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification or overseas equivalent.
• Excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and UK GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience providing assurance services to clients engaged in debt and equity capital‑raising.
• Strong staff‑management skills: coordinating projects, mentoring, recruiting and performance appraisals.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the US markets.
