FP&A Manager

Location: South East London

FP&A Manager Permanent Position Central London | Hybrid Working | £70,000 to £80,000 | Ideally 1 month's notice or less due to business demands A high growth, private equity backed, multi site retail business is looking to appoint an FP&A Manager into a newly created role due to continued growth and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business at a pivotal stage of its journey, leading budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business partnering across a growing business.

Working closely with operational leaders and the wider finance team, you'll play a key role in driving performance, providing insight and helping shape strategic decision making. This role would suit someone who enjoys operating commercially, influencing stakeholders and turning data into meaningful business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting process across the business - Partner with operational and regional leaders to drive performance - Deliver commercial analysis and business insight - Review site performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop financial models to support strategic decision making - Provide ad hoc analysis to senior leadership - Improve reporting, forecasting and planning processes

Ideal background:

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified - Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience - Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills - Experience working within a multi site environment - Confident engaging with senior stakeholders - Naturally commercial with a proactive mindset - Comfortable operating within a fast paced growth business This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with significant growth plans, offering exposure to senior leadership, commercial decision making and clear long term progression opportunities.
