The Senior Working Capital Advisory Consultant is a highly experienced and strategic individual with proven expertise in working capital optimization, supply chain finance, and financial strategy. This individual plays a pivotal role in shaping client engagements, influencing business objectives, and driving industry‑leading solutions. The Senior Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to executives, a thought leader within the organization, and a mentor to junior team members, ensuring long‑term success for both clients and C2FO.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory support to enterprise clients on working capital optimization, payment terms, and financial strategies.
  • Lead significant components of client engagements, influencing client decision‑making through data‑backed insights and recommendations.
  • Provide expert‑level advisory to global enterprise clients on working capital optimization, terms standardization, and financial strategies.
  • Lead high‑impact strategic initiatives that influence both client decision‑making and internal business objectives.
  • Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, leveraging proprietary data and external benchmarks to craft innovative working capital solutions.
  • Exercise strategic judgment in selecting methodologies, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve optimal results for clients.
  • Network and collaborate with industry leaders, financial experts, and cross‑functional teams to drive innovation in working capital solutions.
  • Act as a key influencer within C2FO, contributing to the development of company objectives and principles.
  • Own complex, high‑value client engagements from inception to execution, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable success.
  • Provide thought leadership through industry engagement, white papers, speaking opportunities, and executive‑level presentations.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Identify and address emerging trends in working capital management, ensuring C2FO remains a leader in the space.
  • Exceptional expertise in working capital solutions, supply chain finance, or financial strategy.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and develop innovative, results‑driven solutions.
  • Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven strategic vision and thought leadership, contributing to both client success and internal business growth.
  • Experience working across multiple areas of product development, business cycles, or project management.
  • Ability to act independently, determining methods and procedures for new or specialized assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high‑performing environment.
  • Travel Requirements:
    At most 5 %.
  • In‑Office / Hybrid:
    This position is in‑office (London) with flexibility to work remotely one or two days per week, working in a collaborative open‑office environment with access to private meeting spaces as needed.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in working capital advisory, financial consulting, treasury management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and advanced analytical tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Prior experience in consulting, banking, audit, procure‑to‑pay (P2P), or working capital optimization roles.
