A leading MGA is looking to expand it's pricing team, bringing on board an ambitious manager, with a clear pathway to the Head of Pricing level.

You’ll initially lead a team of 4, overseeing the refresh of risk pricing models. This position will additionally have a strong outwards facing aspect, working closely with key partners to provide analytics insights.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have the drive to move into a Head of Pricing position within a 1-2 year period, demonstrating the capability to own the P&L and determine the strategic direction of the team.

The ideal candidate has strong personal/commercial lines pricing experience, with a strong background in risk pricing.
