Senior Account Executive – Fin Tech
Clear Bank is a challenger bank that delivers banking infrastructure as a service. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive adoption of our platform among Fin Tech companies with a focus on cash management, liquidity and cross‑currency reconciliation.
What you can expectHigh level of autonomy, transparency and on‑deck decision‑making. You will work closely with the Fin Tech business unit within the Client Management department and report to the Head of Fin Tech.
Your role includes- Offering unique perspectives on how Clear Bank’s technology can enhance Fin Tech cash management practices.
- Engaging client stakeholders across roles and seniority throughout the sales process.
- Building and managing a large pipeline of deals, ensuring continuous progress whilst maintaining accurate reporting and metrics.
- Taking responsibility for performance against objectives and delivering on them.
- Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal and Onboarding teams.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver appropriate market‑facing presence and messaging.
- Helping develop the team through sharing experience, coaching and support.
- Deep interest in Fin Tech cash management and payments.
- Proven experience in Cash Management sales and/or relationship management within the Fin Tech client segment.
- Leadership experience, mentoring and supporting sales teams.
- Robust knowledge of digital banking solutions such as APIs and regulatory scheme advancements.
- Excellent communication skills, effective listening, questioning and presentation skills, and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strong network and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and meet senior C‑level executives.
- Subject‑matter expertise in UK Fin Techs, payments, SEPA, currency payments and foreign exchange.
- Highly self‑motivated, driven, high energy and enthusiasm to disrupt the Fin Tech landscape.
- Resilient and able to overcome rejection, setbacks and long sales cycles.
- High standards of ethics and integrity.
- Adaptable and problem‑solving in real‑time.
