We provide impartial, expert advice to large and mid‑sized corporations, private equity, families and entrepreneurs, and governments. We design and execute strategic M&A as well as financing solutions for our clients and act as a trusted partner, taking a long‑term and independent view on the challenges they face.

The Real Estate team is the leading advisor across European real estate offering comprehensive real estate advisory expertise across different sub‑sectors of real estate.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work and assist on several transactions and with multiple project teams simultaneously on all critical aspects, ranging from client development and initial opportunity evaluation to transaction strategy and execution
  • Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models with support from colleagues
  • Preparation / review of financial analyses required to evaluate and complete such transactions, as well as client presentations, information memoranda and other marketing materials and public shareholder documents
  • Update industry databases and credentials
  • Work on a broad range of transactions (sell‑side / buy side, public / private) and take a full range of responsibilities across the transaction process
  • Support the wider team’s business development and marketing initiatives
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
  • Understanding of financial statement analysis and familiarity with real estate concepts
  • Proficiency in financial modeling
  • Proven quantitative and analytical skills to develop and review valuation analyses and financial models (incl. DCF, LBO, merger models, etc.)
  • Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to simultaneously manage several projects / project work streams in a fast‑paced environment and to meet critical deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (notably Excel and PowerPoint) and relevant data platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and clients
