Location: Greater London
Alpha Bank London Limited is seeking an Operations Officer who will closely support the Customer, Loan & Operations Deposit Lead. The ideal candidate will manage operational tasks such as handling customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and processing mortgage accounts efficiently.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in banking or financial services operations and strong attention to detail. A hybrid working model is offered, with a minimum of three days in the office each week.
