As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will manage a portfolio of large entity/group compliance cases, reporting directly to a Tax Partner or Client Partner. Your responsibilities include preparing tax computations, tax returns, accounts disclosures, and deferred tax calculations, and handling UK entities within large international conglomerates.

Conduct meticulous research and deliver insightful tax advice. Review processes with Partners to ensure excellence. Advisory scope encompasses reorganisations, demergers, disposals including SSE, and complex transfer pricing, financing and cross‑border transactions.
