Graduate Finance Trainee

An exceptional opportunity for a graduate to launch their finance career with a leading global reinsurance group. This role combing both reporting and FP&A and offers comprehensive exposure to Lloyd's regulatory reporting, financial accounting, and business partnering with a clear path to professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports for Lloyd's regulatory submissions, solvency reporting, and statutory financial statements
• Support monthly/quarterly close processes and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Assist with regional results analysis for management and board reporting
• Support annual budgeting process and business partnering activities
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Contribute to financial systems enhancement and project work

Requirements:

• A strong academic background with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or numerical related field
• Desire to complete professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
• Excellent numerical skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills and technical problem-solving abilities
• Confident communicator with team-oriented mindset
• Any experience within the insurance industry experience preferred
