Responsibilities
- Support short-term and medium-term cash forecasting; coordinate with teams to identify and mitigate forecasting variances
- Support visibility into cash balances, monitor cash positioning, and optimize cash yields within risk parameters
- Assist with payment process to ensure payments are paid accurately and timely and adhere to strict internal sign-off controls and procedures
- Monitor bank fees, counter party exposure, bank inquiries, and other related matters
- Maintain strong communications with banks, financial service providers, and teams across the organization to ensure smooth financial operations
- Analyze and mitigate global currency exposures by working closely with finance, accounting, and business personnel throughout the company
- Provide analytical support for evaluating initiatives which include capital allocation, facility financing, seed capital, and hedge programs
- Support treasury policies, procedures, and controls
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support ad-hoc analysis and preparation of any necessary reporting
- Carry out other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent field
- Minimum 3 years of corporate treasury experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with proven ability to build complex models, impactful analyses, and presentations
- Good working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Ability to work with minimal direction with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have a high degree of self‑initiative with an ability to learn and tackle new challenges
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make reasoned decisions both independently and in a consultative and collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of debt capital markets
- Experience with treasury specific software (e.g. Kyriba)
- Experience with dashboard reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience with AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude)
- Certifications including CTP, CFA, CPA or equivalent
