Join a high-performing M&A Tax team advising on complex, high-value transactions across private equity, corporate deals, restructuring, and cross-border investments.
This is a fast-paced, deal-driven environment where you’ll combine technical tax expertise with commercial insight, working alongside experienced deal professionals on transactions that shape markets.
The RoleYou’ll play a key role in delivering tax advice across the full transaction lifecycle, including:
- Buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Private equity and infrastructure deals
- Restructuring, distressed and turnaround scenarios
- Cross-border structuring and international tax considerations
You’ll gain exposure to both UK and international tax matters, developing a strong commercial lens on how tax impacts deal value and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of high-quality M&A tax advice on live transactions
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across deals and projects
- Contribute to business development and winning new work
- Apply a practical, commercially focused approach to complex tax issues
- Strong grounding in corporate or transaction tax (Big 4 / Top 10 preferred)
- Experience working on M&A or deal-related projects
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in transactions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ACA / CTA / equivalent qualification (or working towards)
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Work on high-profile, complex transactions from day one
