• Take the lead on delivering complex, market‑relevant projects, including building tax control frameworks and managing global tax risk.
• Support SAO / CCO compliance and HMRC risk reviews.
• Advise on tax strategy, governance and transparency.
• Identify risk within tax transformation & technology programmes.
• Drive business development and client relationships.
• Collaborate across international teams and specialists.
• Coach and develop junior staff.

• Experience in tax governance, risk or controls.
• ACA / CTA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• UK tax knowledge is a must for this role.
• Someone ambitious, proactive and keen to build in a growth area.
