The firm is an entrepreneurial principal investing and advisory group working across private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance.

Key responsibilities:

serving as a full member of the investment team on private equity, VC, and corporate finance assignments; developing financial models for prospective investments; conducting due diligence and managing transaction execution; monitoring portfolio investments, projecting financial returns, and assessing funding gaps; and working on corporate finance advisory mandates.

Ideal candidates will currently be working in M&A, transaction services, or restructuring/special situations advisory at one of the major accounting firms. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurially-minded professional to join a dynamic principal investing team in London.
