Our client is one of the UK’s most active early-stage investors, backing ambitious founders building scalable tech businesses. With a portfolio of over 100+ startups and a hands‑on approach, they support companies from pre‑seed through Series A with capital, operational expertise, and strategic guidance.

We are seeking a Senior Investment Associate with a strong emphasis on Investor Relations (IR) and capital formation
. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in venture capital or private equity who can build and maintain relationships with LPs, co‑investors, and institutional partners, while also contributing to investment strategy and portfolio support.

• Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including LP outreach and relationship management.
• Prepare investor communications, quarterly reports, and fund updates.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on capital strategy and fund positioning.
• Contribute to deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment committee preparation.
• Support portfolio companies with growth capital introductions and strategic investor engagement.

• 4–6 years’ experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or investor relations.
• Strong network across LPs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for startups and innovation.

• Salary
  : £75,000 – £95,000 base, plus performance‑based bonus
