Tax Advisory Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate & OMB Advisory London | Hybrid Working

A highly regarded independent mid-tier tax firm is looking to hire an ambitious Tax Advisory professional into its growing Corporate & OMB team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, high-quality advisory exposure while working closely with entrepreneurial businesses, shareholders, and senior stakeholders in a collaborative environment with clear progression opportunities.

• Advising on corporate restructurings, reorganisations, in corporations, and shareholder exits
• Supporting on transactions, MBOs, and company purchase of own shares
• Preparing advisory reports, structure planning reports, and HMRC clearance applications
• Reviewing legal documentation from a tax perspective
• Working directly with Partners, Directors, and clients on complex advisory projects
• Assisting with proposals and identifying further advisory opportunities

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
• Strong UK corporate tax advisory experience gained within practice
• Experience across reorganisations, transactions, and shareholder planning
• Commercial, proactive, and confident working directly with clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Broad advisory-focused role with no siloed specialism
• Strong client exposure and Partners interaction
• Hybrid and flexible working - 2 days in the office
