Treasury Analyst

£45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are working with a rapidly growing Fin Tech business looking to hire a Treasury Analyst into its expanding Treasury team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Treasury professional to join a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where Treasury is central to supporting growth, payments, liquidity and operational efficiency.

The role will provide broad exposure across cash management, treasury operations, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships and treasury projects, offering strong progression opportunities within a dynamic international business.

• Support daily cash positioning and liquidity management activities
• Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
• Assist with treasury operations across multiple bank accounts and currencies
• Monitor cash balances, payments and funding requirements
• Support bank account management and banking administration
• Assist with treasury reporting and management information
• Support FX exposure monitoring and treasury controls
• Participate in treasury projects including process improvement and automation initiatives
• Work closely with Finance, Payments and Operations teams

• 1–3 years’ Treasury, Finance or Banking experience
• Understanding of cash management, treasury operations or payments
• Exposure to multi-currency environments advantageous
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ACT studies or desire to pursue Treasury qualifications beneficial
