The role sits within the GP and LP secondaries investment team, working on GP-led deals, continuation funds, and LP secondary investments.
Key responsibilities:
joining the investment execution team as a full participant; conducting due diligence on secondary investments; managing the full deal execution process from origination to close; financial analysis, modelling, and valuation work; preparing fund documentation; and portfolio management.
Ideal candidates will be associates with prior experience at a private equity fund or secondaries investment firm. Strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of asset valuation techniques, and genuine interest in the secondaries market are required.
