Asa Private Capital Transaction Tax Senior you will:
- Deliver tax advisory services across a diverse and complex transaction portfolio, including private equity, infrastructure, clean‑tech, distressed debt, and corporate restructuring.
- Formulate bespoke international structuring techniques and navigate multi‑jurisdictional tax regimes for high‑profile cross‑border transactions.
- Acquire a deep commercial understanding of transaction life cycles to align technical tax strategies directly with client deal objectives.
- Proactively manage existing client relationships to maintain exceptional service delivery standards and support the team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Hold a fully recognised professional qualification, such as ACA, ATT, CTA, a relevant legal qualification, or an international equivalent.
