The CFO & Business Consulting team transforms finance functions through innovative, tech-enabled strategies. What You Will Do:- Lead and oversee client engagements throughout the full project life cycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Manage the preparation, review, and approval of loan and guarantee documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk expectations.
- Serve as a primary client contact, addressing inquiries promptly, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Oversee the use of financial and banking systems to support transaction processing and operational workflows, ensuring completeness and data integrity.
- Direct research and analytical efforts, identifying issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and driving the development and implementation of solutions.
- Lead data quality assessments and champion continuous process improvement initiatives across teams and work streams.
- Oversee client onboarding and implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements while mitigating risks.
- Maintain and apply advanced knowledge of banking regulations, trade finance practices, and documentation standards (including Guarantees/SBLCs), providing guidance to both clients and internal teams.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all documentation, including KYC, legal agreements, and supporting materials.
- Drive timely, high-quality deliverables, managing workloads, deadlines, and team execution to meet project goals.
- Build and deepen client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long‑term partnership through effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide coaching, oversight, and quality review for junior team members, fostering strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and operational excellence across the team.
- 4+ years or more of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with top US or international investment banks, either in consulting roles (Big 4/Big 4 equivalent) or directly within financial institutions.
- Hands‑on experience with trade finance operations, including guarantees, SBLCs, and related documentation standards (UCP
600, ISP
98, URDG
758). - Working knowledge of capital markets products, operational processes, and banking regulations.
