This is a broad, high-visibility role for someone who wants genuine ownership early in their career. You'll sit at the centre of the business - working directly with the CEO, COO, and Group Finance, Investment and FP&A team - with real influence over how we invest, finance, and grow.
What you’ll be focused onInvestment & Acquisitions - You'll own the equity model for the business and lead the preparation of site appraisal models to evaluate new acquisition opportunities across our five markets. This includes project and entity returns and scenario modelling to support Investment Committee decisions.
Treasury & Debt - You'll manage group cashflow forecasting, monitor debt compliance across our facilities, and support the business on active debt raising initiatives - liaising directly with lenders and advisory teams.
Strategy & Analytics - You'll support the Investment Manager and senior leadership on ad-hoc scenario analysis, market assessments, and performance reporting for capital partners. We’re also building AI-driven workflows into our analytical processes, and we want someone who can help lead that.
Who we’re looking forEssential: a strong analytical background (real estate experience is a plus); highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfortable producing and presenting high-quality materials for senior stakeholders; strong communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Desirable: experience in a PE-backed or entrepreneurial business; familiarity with self-storage or multi-site operational real estate; experience working across European markets; proficiency in French, Spanish, German, or Polish; and confidence using AI/LLMs to accelerate analysis and output quality.
What we’re offering:Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience plus bonus, pension, 25 days holiday and other benefits.
