High Net Worth Mortgage Paraplanner

Hybrid Working – 2–3 days in the West End, London / 2–3 days from home

£45,000–£50,000 basic salary + quarterly bonuses

OTE £70,000–£75,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner to join a specialist finance brokerage supporting high-net-worth clients across a range of complex lending cases.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility alongside the chance to work closely with a highly successful team of brokers within a fast-paced and professional environment.

The successful candidate will support 2–3 Mortgage Brokers on a daily basis, ensuring cases are packaged, processed, and progressed efficiently from application through to completion. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and ensuring all client documentation and systems are fully up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting brokers with specialist mortgage applications
• Managing and progressing cases through to completion
• Completing fact finds and producing recommendation letters
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients daily
• Ensuring all documentation is accurately uploaded and maintained on Hub Spot
• Assisting with high-net-worth mortgages, bridging finance, and commercial mortgage cases
• Providing a high level of client service and broker support throughout the process

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Paraplanner within a specialist brokerage
• Strong knowledge of:
• High Net Worth Mortgages
• Bridging Finance
• Commercial Mortgages
• Experience using Hub Spot would be highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and within a small team environment
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
