A highly regarded boutique wealth management firm is seeking a Wealth Executive to join its growing team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a Junior Paraplanner looking to take the next step in their career or an experienced Paraplanner seeking greater client exposure and a clear route for long-term progression.
The firm specialises in advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth international families and manages several billion dollars of client assets. As a result, the successful candidate will gain exposure to complex financial planning and investment matters while working alongside highly experienced Wealth Managers within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Wealth Managers throughout the client lifecycle
- Assisting with cashflow planning, client reviews and recommendation documentation
- Preparing portfolio reports, rebalance documentation and investment recommendations
- Supporting client onboarding and implementation processes
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, platforms and service providers
- Attending client meetings and assisting with follow-up actions
- Preparing review documentation and client meeting packs
- Supporting ongoing relationship management for HNW and UHNW clients
- Assisting with portfolio monitoring, reporting and administrative management
The successful candidate will enjoy significant levels of client interaction and will play an integral role within the wealth management team. This is far more than a traditional technical support position and offers excellent scope for personal and professional development.
Candidate Requirements- Previous experience within a Paraplanning, Junior Paraplanning or Wealth Planning support role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- A genuine desire to develop a long-term career within financial planning
- Progress towards DipPFS would be advantageous but is not essential
- Basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000
