The PE portfolio tax team at EY is dedicated to advising clients in this space, offering a comprehensive and joined-up tax service to PE funds and their portfolio companies. The role involves working on challenging multi-country projects while forging close relationships with management teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
We are looking for exceptional candidates that share the same passion and determination to join our PE portfolio tax team.
Responsibilities- Assisting with the preparation and timely delivery of high quality tax services.
- Considering the use of AI and incorporating it into the provision of our tax services.
- Being an active part of the portfolio companies tax team, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
- Building networks and personal relationships both internally and externally.
- Being involved in the origination of tax opportunities on new and existing clients.
- Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff.
- ACA, CA, or CTA qualification.
- Strong UK tax technical skills.
