Position: Commercial Finance Manager |

Pearse Professionals are excited to be working with a leading international technology organisation to bring in a Commercial Finance Manager.

This is a highly commercial finance role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance, support strategic growth initiatives, and optimise the cost base across a the wider business.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, translating financial data into actionable insights, influence senior leaders, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, cost efficiency, and capital allocation.

The role also plays a key part in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and transformation initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the commercial finance agenda for the technology function.
  • Managing and optimising the end-to-end cost profile.
  • Delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Developing KPI frameworks to measure performance and value creation.
  • Supporting strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
  • Identifying and driving cost-saving and commercial improvement opportunities.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision‑making and accountability.
  • Driving continuous improvement through automation, technology, and AI‑enabled solutions.
Experience:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial finance and FP&A experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning experience.
  • Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting strategic projects and business transformation programmes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve financial processes and decision‑making.
