The role will cover the full spectrum of fund finance transactions, alongside broader lending platforms including blockchain-based offerings and digital assets such as token structuring and issuance. The practice has a particular focus on sustainable finance and investment solutions, advising on green, social and sustainability-linked instruments, transition finance and impact investing. You will work with a high-profile client base of funds, financial institutions and investors, helping them achieve their strategic objectives in an evolving and highly regulated marketplace. Applicants must be established City partners with a proven track record in fund finance and a portable book of business.
