Overview

Responsibilities- Lead business and financial due diligence sessions with clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance in valuing structured and asset-backed investments.
- Lead the valuation review process.
- Direct the efforts of associates and financial analysts.
- Present valuation analyses and conclusions internally and externally.
- Manage client deliverables.
- Build and review complex financial models to value securities or transaction structures.
- Assist in quality control, execution, and industry consultation across the entire financial advisory services platform.
- Develop creative content and thought leadership for cross-service collaboration.
- Prepare fee proposals, including scoping discussions, pitch materials, and internal engagement pricing committee memoranda.
- Pitch engagements and lead business-development initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Minimum of four years of experience in financial services at the Vice President level.
- Prior structured product valuation or related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced accounting, finance, financial modeling, and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing analysts, associates, or other personnel.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with willingness to support a growing practice.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common database systems.
- Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic and ability to work cooperatively with team members and client professionals.
- Preferred:
Big Four valuation or independent valuation consulting experience. - Preferred:
Master’s degree or progress toward an advanced degree. - Preferred: CFA designation.
