Position: Payouts & Settlements Coordinator
Location: Greater London

Payouts and Settlements Coordinator

Location: Southwark, London

Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 DOE

Contract: 12 month fixed term

We're working with an established financial services business looking to bring in a Payouts and Settlements Coordinator on a 12 month contract. This role sits within an asset finance setting and supports the processing and settlement of finance agreements. You'll be working closely with underwriting, sales, governance and finance to make sure deals are completed accurately and on time. It's important that you have experience in asset finance or a closely related area such as lending or another regulated financial services environment.

This would suit someone who enjoys detail focused work and is confident managing processes from start to finish.

What you'll be doing
  • Working with underwriting and sales to make sure deals are processed correctly and on time
  • Reviewing finance documents including rates rentals and commissions
  • Making sure all activity follows internal policies and compliance standards
  • Managing agreements through the in-house system
  • Processing payments to suppliers, brokers and customers
  • Sending out customer welcome packs and handling direct debits
  • Allocating incoming payments and supporting settlements
  • Speaking with internal teams to keep everything moving smoothly
