As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll be a wise guide - building trusted relationships, offering insightful advice and helping customers make one of life's most important decisions.

With warm leads and full administrative support, you can focus on what you do best sharing your wisdom and soaring toward success.

Mortgage Advisor Package
  • Basic Salary £29,000pa
  • Guaranteed payment for a fixed period
  • Company car or £2,500 car allowance
  • Realistic OTE £70,000pa (uncapped!)
  • 5 days a week (with 2 Saturdays off each month)

The Mortgage Advisor Role
  • Provide customers with expert mortgage advice and tailored solutions that can change their lives
  • Working with re-mortgages
  • Promote insurance products from Legal & General to add value to your customers' journey
  • Exceed targets and drive business growth, turning opportunities into results
  • Build strong relationships with estate agents, maximising new business and referrals
  • Proactively contacting new prospects for new business
  • Maintain compliance with FCA guidelines to offer peace of mind and reassurance
The Mortgage Advisor Person
  • Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • CeMap 1 qualified (or equivalent) essential
  • Motivated by success, results and rewards
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • A solid work ethic, with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Smart, articulate and well-presented
  • Passionate about helping customers find their perfect home.
