Finance Controller

Financial Controller | Interim Contract | London (Hybrid) | Day Rate Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of financial control, governance, and compliance within a complex aviation environment

* Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

* Prepare and review management accounts, board packs, and financial performance reports

* Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital activities

* Ensure robust financial controls, policies, and risk management procedures are maintained

* Support statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements

* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and operational efficiency

* Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

* Proven Financial Controller experience

* Previous aviation sector experience is essential

* Strong financial control, reporting, and governance background

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Experience working within fast-paced and commercially driven environments

* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
