  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines, backtesting frameworks, and analytics tools
  • Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of live trading infrastructure
  • Work closely with investment teams to transform research ideas into production‑ready solutions
  • Support the full lifecycle of quantitative strategies, from research through to deployment

Work directly alongside Portfolio Managers and Quants, gaining exposure to live trading strategies and investment decision‑making.

Build technology that influences research outcomes, portfolio construction, and trading execution.

Collaborate with some of the industry's most talented quantitative researchers, engineers, and investment professionals.

Work with large-scale datasets, sophisticated quantitative models, and modern engineering practices.

Benefit from a highly competitive compensation package, including performance‑based bonuses and excellent long‑term growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline
  • Strong Python development experience within quantitative finance, trading, or data‑intensive environments
  • Understanding of quantitative research concepts, including statistics, time series analysis, and risk modelling
  • Experience working closely with Quantitative Researchers, Portfolio Managers, or investment teams
  • Ability to translate research prototypes into scalable, robust production systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with systematic trading strategies or quantitative research platforms
  • Knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, and market microstructure
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, distributed computing, or large‑scale data processing

If you are a Python Quantitative Developer looking to work in a front‑office environment where technology and quantitative research directly drive investment performance, we would love to hear from you.
