A well-established insurance group is seeking an Interim Financial Accountant to support the finance function through a key reporting period.
This is a short-term, hands-on assignment focused on delivering a smooth and accurate close, ideal for someone comfortable stepping straight into a live environment.
Key Details
- Rate: £350-£375 per day (Inside IR35)
- Duration: 1-2 month (potential to extend)
- Location:
Fully remote - Start:
Immediate
- Support delivery of the financial close / quarter-end reporting
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and reconciliations
- Assist with general ledger and journal postings
- Prepare and review VAT returns
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on financial accounting / close process experience
- Experience with in insurance or financial services preferred
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal handover
