Programme DescriptionBlackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. The program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft‑skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.
Job DescriptionBlackstone’s Summer Analyst program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to enhance their perspective on business and investing. Strategic Partners provides the opportunity to join one of the most active and long‑tenured investment teams in the private equity secondaries industry.
Summer Analyst Work May IncludePrivate Equity Secondaries Summer Analysts will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of private equity funds and portfolio companies. Asset class exposure will span leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital and private credit. Summer Analysts will gain valuable experience modeling secondary portfolio transactions, GP‑led continuation funds, co‑investments, primary commitments, and other unique deals. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, structuring and executing investments and conducting various research projects.
QualificationsBlackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team‑driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

To be considered for the 2027 Summer Analyst Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
- Anticipated graduation date:
Summer 2028 - CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
- CV must be in PDF format

- Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis
Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client‑facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following:
- Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or client questions
- Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients
- Supervising or training securities‑licensed employees
- Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products
- Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials
You will not be eligible to participate in Blackstone’s health and other insurance benefit programs.
