An rare opportunity has arisen to join a growing boutique real estate investment advisory business based in London's West End.

Unlike larger corporate firms where graduates often spend years in highly structured roles, this position offers immediate exposure to high profile clients, live transactions and meaningful responsibility from day one. You will work directly alongside senior deal makers, investors and decision makers, gaining hands on experience across acquisitions, disposals, investment analysis and client advisory mandates.

The business advises a diverse client base including private investors, family offices, high net worth individuals and institutional capital across a range of residential and alternative living sectors.

Work across a broad range of sectors including:

• Co-Living
• HMOs
• Residential Blocks
• Value-Add and Opportunistic Investments

You will support the delivery of investment advisory and transactional mandates, assisting with the analysis, underwriting and execution of residential investment opportunities across the UK.

• Building and maintaining financial models and investment appraisals
• Conducting market research, due diligence and pricing analysis
• Preparing investment memorandums, client reports and presentations
• Analysing investment performance, yields, returns and development viability
• Supporting acquisition and disposal mandates
• Maintaining investor and client databases

We are looking for a commercially minded, analytical and ambitious individual who is keen to build a long-term career within residential investment and advisory.

• 1–2 years' experience within a property or investment related environment
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and numerical ability
