Launched in 2023, INFINIT is a fast-growing fintech scale-up operating in multiple countries across Europe and Americas.

At INFINIT we are on a mission to reshape the future of SMEs. Our all-in-one operating system has banking at its core, and empowers small business owners and their teams to seamlessly manage and optimize every aspect of their business. By focussing on specific industries, INFINIT delivers tailored, high-value solutions, while building innovative AI products to further unlock significant growth opportunities for our customers.

INFINIT operates globally, with ambitions to further expand its footprint to redefine the fintech landscape for SMEs worldwide.

The role

As the Head of Corporate Finance at INFINIT, you will be a key member of the Finance leadership team, responsible for driving the financial strategy, modeling, and investor communications that underpin our rapid growth. We are actively preparing the scale-up phase, and your core mission is to build out the corporate finance function and set the foundational rigor required for this next phase.

You will work closely with the CEO and CFO to shape how we tell our financial story to investors, and ensure rigorous financial planning supports every major business decision.

What do we want to achieve together?
  • Build the Financial Infrastructure: Act as the architect of our financial data by collaborating directly with tech developers to ensure data is structured, organized, and seamlessly integrated into our reporting framework.

  • Enforce Reporting Rigor: Transition our startup reporting into a highly disciplined scale-up framework by locking in strict definitions for ARR, COGS, and management reporting so that figures are reliable and set in stone.

  • Elevate Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models covering revenue forecasting, scenario planning, unit economics, and long-range strategic planning to support executive decision-making.

  • Drive Budget Accountability: Partner with and actively challenge all department heads to ensure strict adherence to budgets and commercial deliverables.

  • Lead Debt & Equity Strategy: Serve as a key contributor in banking relations and support fundraising activity and capital markets transactions, leveraging deep expertise in debt raising and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) management.

  • Own Investor Communications: Own the preparation and delivery of high-quality board packs and investor presentations, translating complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for our board and investor community.

  • Manage Reporting Cycles: Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and meaningful commentary that drives business insight.

What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • 6 – 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role, ideally within a high-growth technology or fintech environment.

  • Deep expertise in capital markets, specifically with hands‑on experience in debt raising, managing SPVs, and supporting major equity fundraising rounds.

  • Exceptional financial modeling skills—you are highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, comfortable building advanced three-statement models, DCF analyses, and scenario frameworks from scratch.

  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and engineering teams to properly structure data sets for reporting.

  • Assertive commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge business leaders, enforce budget discipline, and connect financial data to business strategy.

  • Proven experience creating polished board-level and investor-facing presentations, with a keen eye for visual storytelling.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred.

What will you find working at INFINIT?
  • Competitive Salary and Equity: We offer…
