Senior finance leadership opportunity with a highly profitable London-based financial services brokerage.

This is a role for someone who wants to lead the finance function properly – ensuring the numbers are accurate, the reporting is robust, and the business has the financial oversight it needs as it continues to grow. You’ll lead a small but capable finance team, while remaining close enough to the detail to maintain high standards and strong control across the function.

The position works closely with senior leadership and ownership, so it would suit someone who is confident operating in a high‑expectation environment, able to provide clear financial stewardship, and comfortable balancing hands‑on delivery with broader leadership responsibility. The business is fast‑paced and entrepreneurial, with finance supporting multiple legal entities and jurisdictions internationally.

Candidates must have financial services experience within a brokerage or trading environment, together with a strong understanding of broking businesses and their financial dynamics.

• Leadership of a global finance function based in London
• Direct partnership with the COO and senior leadership
• Ownership of management reporting, regulatory reporting and group financial oversight
• Exposure to wider business planning and strategic initiatives
• A well‑run business that rewards performance and looks after its people, with a strong salary and bonus structure

• Have led finance teams before, ideally across international or multi‑jurisdictional structures
• Take pride in accuracy, control and high‑quality financial reporting
• Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and ownership
• Bring the judgement, presence and capability of a CFO‑level operator, even if they have not yet held that title – or do not see this move as being about title alone
