Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The Director, FP&A International plays a critical leadership role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of DePuy Synthes' international markets. This role partners closely with regional and functional leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and decision support across a complex, global business. The position offers high visibility, broad impact, and the opportunity to influence strategic investments and long-term growth as DePuy Synthes evolves into a standalone organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across regions and markets.

• Provide strategic financial insight and decision support to senior international and regional leadership teams.

• Analyze financial performance, key drivers, and risks; translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.

• Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including variance analysis and executive-level reporting.

• Partner with commercial, supply chain, and operations leaders to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and resource allocation.
