In-House Counsel – Structured Finance | London | Leading Investment Platform

We are working with a leading investment platform looking to hire an In-House Counsel specialising in Structured Finance to join its London-based legal team.

This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work closely with investment and structuring teams on complex transactions across the structured credit spectrum.

You will advise on a broad range of structured finance matters
, including securitisations, CLOs, asset-backed finance, and derivatives-linked transactions. The role will involve supporting deal execution from origination through to closing, as well as ongoing portfolio management and refinancing activity.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on high-value, often cross-border transactions
, playing a key role in structuring and risk analysis.

• Transition in-house into a commercially driven platform
• Work on complex, high-value structured finance transactions
• Gain exposure across investment strategy, structuring, and execution
• Join a growing business with strong deal flow across private credit
• Take on meaningful responsibility and direct stakeholder interaction

• Qualified lawyer with strong structured finance experience (private practice or in-house)
• Experience across CLOs, securitisation, or broader structured credit
• Background from a top-tier UK, US, or international law firm preferred
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work closely with non-legal teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
