OTC Cryptocurrency Trader

DRW is looking for an OTC Cryptocurrency Trader in our London office to join a team of highly talented cryptocurrency traders and researchers. As part of this team, you will be tasked with managing counter party relationships and executing trades. This role also provides weekend trading coverage; the regular work schedule will be three weekdays and two weekend days.

• Manage OTC trading flow from new and existing counter parties
• Have an entrepreneurial and innovation‑focused mindset to drive positive change in the OTC business; you will have a pivotal role in shaping the business.
• Identify and capture trading opportunities; execute trades within defined parameters
• Communicate closely with our other offices on varying workflow initiatives and trades
• Work with internal teams (operations, cash management, legal, etc.) to ensure proper settlement of transactions
• Help manage and optimize our cryptocurrency portfolio
• Collaborate directly with other DRW traders and cryptocurrency researchers to gain market knowledge and expertise

• 2–7 years of OTC trading experience
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and digital wallets preferred
• Strong organizational and math skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong initiative and a proven self‑starter

• A passion for cryptocurrencies and the role they play in global markets
