The role covers the full credit spectrum from senior secured loans to high yield bonds and private credit, with deep sector ownership and investment committee participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare credit theses for senior secured loans, high yield bonds (fixed & floating), and middle-market private investments
- Produce underwriting memos covering company/industry analysis, capital structure, cash-flow projections, collateral assessment, sponsor quality, and restructuring considerations
- Present investment memos to the Investment Committee with clear investment theses and risk mitigants
- Build in-depth knowledge across 2-3 industries and maintain coverage of 25-30 issuers
- Conduct ongoing monitoring including financial analysis, cash-flow modelling, industry deep-dives, and rating reviews
- Identify secondary market opportunities and support workout and distressed situations
- Engage with syndicate desks, sell-side analysts, and private equity sponsors on primary and secondary opportunities
- Participate in management meetings, site visits, plant tours, and expert calls

Requirements:

- Solid credit analyst experience covering leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and/or direct lending
- Strong financial modelling skills (Microsoft Office)- Experience in credit underwriting and investment analysis
