The strategy is focused on long-term capital appreciation through commitments to high-quality companies with strong management teams, combined with active operational and financial value creation.
Analysts join a team of investment professionals responsible for the full acquisition and management lifecycle of investments across the Americas and Europe. The role offers exposure to a wide range of high-profile transaction types including management buyouts, take‑privates, add‑on acquisitions, build‑ups, restructurings, recapitalizations, and dispositions.
- Source, identify, and evaluate attractive investment themes and opportunities across industries and geographies.
- Build and maintain relationships with management teams, senior advisors, and external industry experts.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on prospective investments.
- Support the financing, structuring, and closing of transactions.
- Develop, monitor, and implement value creation strategies across the existing portfolio.
- Contribute to all stages of the investment cycle as an integral member of the deal team.
- One to two years of experience at a leading investment bank, consulting firm, corporate, private equity firm, or alternative asset manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with a strong academic and professional track record.
- Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- High level of integrity, a strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for private equity investing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a resourceful approach to problem‑solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in a European language is an advantage.
- Versatility in adapting analytical and investment thinking across different industries and geographies.
- Ability to work independently, form sound judgments, and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Direct exposure to a broad deal pipeline spanning the Americas and Europe across multiple transaction types and sectors.
- Integration into a team of approximately 100 investment professionals within a platform with over three decades of operating history.
- Involvement in the full investment lifecycle from origination through to exit, providing meaningful early‑career breadth.
- Active participation in portfolio value creation, not limited to transaction execution alone.
