Account Manager – Financial Services

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager role in a FCA registered London‑based Financial Services company that specializes in mortgage brokerage and collaborates closely with major estate agents, builders, and private banks in China.

The role involves assisting customers and supporting the adviser team.

• Prior job experience in a financial setting would be advantageous.
• Higher Education Diploma (preferred).
• 1 year of account management experience (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Work authorization in the United Kingdom (preferred).
• CeMAP certification (preferred).
• Mortgage processing knowledge and skills are desirable.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritise assignments.
• Outstanding communication ability in both Mandarin and English.
• Teamwork ability and ability to work autonomously to accomplish goals and contribute to strong team morale.
• Strong interpersonal skills to rationalise specific information requests.

• Possibility of commuting/relocating to the workplace.
