Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) is a global credit rating agency focused on excellence, integrity, and transparency. KBRA leads in private credit and invites structured finance lawyers to support its growing European business by working on securitisation and other structured finance transactions across Europe, the UK and the US. The role is based in our London office.

• Review financing documents and relevant asset‑level documents.
• Identify the potential credit impact of transaction structures and deal documents.
• Coordinate with rating analysts on relevant legal issues.
• Participate in rating committees.
• Support the analytical team by preparing market‑leading rating and research reports.

• Qualified lawyer with 4‑8 years post‑qualification experience in securitisation and/or structured finance.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with others.
• Excellent research, analytical and organisational skills.
• Capability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining standards.
• Flexible hybrid work schedule – Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the office.
