Restructuring Analyst​/Associate

We have been mandated to support the continued growth of a market‑leading Restructuring platform, who are looking to hire an Analyst / Associate into their expanding London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded restructuring team advising corporates, private equity sponsors, lenders and creditors on complex situations across the capital structure. The team works across a broad range of mandates including financial restructurings, liability management, distressed situations, debt advisory and special situations.

The role offers significant exposure across the full restructuring lifecycle, including:

• Supporting high-profile restructuring and special situations assignments
• Building financial models, cash flow forecasts and downside scenarios
• Assessing capital structures, creditor positions and recovery outcomes
• Preparing restructuring materials, client presentations and transaction documentation
• Working closely with senior team members, clients, lenders and other advisors

• 1–4 years’ experience in Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking or Private Credit
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Genuine interest in distressed situations, credit markets and complex capital structures
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment
