, where these tools are critical for our Capital Markets professionals to drive Debt and Equity Capital Markets Deal Execution, Optimize Financing workflows, Leverage Capital Markets AI agents, Identify New Deal Opportunities, and Service their clients more effectively and efficiently
. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our financial products by identifying high‑impact opportunities for AI within this domain and leading the end‑to‑end lifecycle from concept to scaled production.

This is not a traditional development role. We are looking for a product‑minded technologist who can bridge the gap between complex business challenges faced by Capital Markets professionals and cutting‑edge AI solutions for their tooling needs. You will be heavier on the "product" side—defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for these critical tools—while maintaining the deep technical expertise to guide a cross‑functional team in building and shipping world‑class, AI‑powered applications that directly enhance our professionals’ capabilities in deal execution, financing, and client servicing within Capital Markets.

• Lead from the Front: Act as the key technical and product leader for a dedicated team of engineers focused on Capital Markets solutions. Mentor team members, establish modern engineering best practices, and foster a culture of excellence and rapid iteration.
• Bridge Business and Tech: Serve as the primary liaison between Capital Markets business stakeholders, end‑users, and the development team. Articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and translate business requirements from the Capital Markets domain into robust technical designs that facilitate business growth and client service.
