Trade Support Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced trading environment with exposure across multiple asset classes including equities, FX, rates and commodities. The role offers broad operational responsibility and close interaction with internal trading and investment teams.

• Perform daily cash and stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor trade settlements and resolve failed trades
• Support the processing and reconciliation of corporate actions
• Verify trade details and maintain accurate operational records
• Liaise with Trading, Compliance, Operations and external counterparts to resolve queries
• Produce operational reporting and maintain audit trails
• Assist in improving and scaling operational workflows and controls

• 2–5 years of experience within investment management, hedge funds, trading firms, prime brokerage or banking operations
• Experience in reconciliations, settlements, trade support or corporate actions
• Exposure to multiple asset classes is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work within a fast-moving environment
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Python, VBA or SQL knowledge is beneficial but not essential
