Location: Greater London
Barclays is seeking a Financial Controls Lead to design and implement the financial control framework for its new Payments business. You will play a pivotal role in the transformation process, closely working with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Tax, Treasury, and Risk.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial controls within regulated services, along with strong communication skills to convey critical financial and risk information to senior levels. This position involves establishing effective control environments that support Barclays Payments’ long-term growth.
