A US investment company with offices in London is looking for an Associate to join its global broadband technology and telecommunications infrastructure team. This role will cover all aspects of the transaction process and is an exceptional opportunity to join a top-tier investment company.

Our client is a broadband,technology and communications sector-focused investor, with an outstanding track record across North America. The team are expanding into Europe and are looking for a top-ranked Associate to join and focus on the origination, execution, and asset management of direct equity transactions from the London office.

What the job involves

Involvement in the full deal process, from origination through to execution
Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
Monitoring the existing portfolio and exits

Who we are looking for

Experience of working in a fund or in aTMT / digital infrastructure investment banking team
First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills
