Compensation: £80,000 - £90,000 / year

KERB are looking for a commercially minded Group Head of Finance to help shape the next phase of our growth.

Working closely with the Finance Director, CEO and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial performance, supporting data‑led decision making, and helping to scale a fast‑growing hospitality and events business.

You’ll bring strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) capability, using insight to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and smarter decision‑making across the business. Alongside this, you’ll lead on process improvement, systems optimisation, and further developing a finance function that’s fit for scale.

This is a hands‑on role, from financial reporting and cashflow forecasting to audit and controls but your impact will come from how you partner and influence successfully. You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving both performance and profitability.

• Partner with the FD, CEO and leadership team on key strategic and operational projects
• Develop commercial insight and data analysis to support revenue growth, margin improvement and cost control
• Act as a strategic business partner to non‑finance teams to drive performance
