Finance & IT Director
Dagenham - Office Based
Salary range £130,000 - £150,000 + Fantastic Annual Bonus
The role is for a Finance & IT Director to lead the Group's finance and IT functions, taking responsibility for financial reporting, statutory compliance, technology strategy, and supporting the continued growth of a multi-entity business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the Group finance function and consolidated reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Manage statutory accounts, audits, and compliance
- Develop financial controls and reporting processes
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Oversee the Group's IT systems and technology strategy
- Support acquisitions, system integrations, and business growth
- Partner with the Group CEO on strategic decisions
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Big Four or top-tier accountancy practice background
- Group consolidation and statutory reporting experience
- Leadership experience within a multi-entity business
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
- Experience overseeing IT systems or technology projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness
- Desirable: Logistics, transport, or M&A experience
- Salary range of £130,000 - £150,000
