Pricing Manager

Leeds or London | Hybrid Working | £60, + 8% Bonus

A leading international professional services organisation is seeking a commercially focused Pricing Manager to join its growing Pricing & Profitability team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a business investing heavily in the development of its commercial finance and pricing capability, offering significant stakeholder exposure and the chance to influence strategic decision‑making at a senior level.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving pricing excellence, profitability improvement and commercial governance across the business.

• Leading pricing support for client opportunities, tenders and panel appointments
• Developing commercially robust pricing proposals and fee structures
• Providing profitability analysis and commercial insight to support decision‑making
• Driving pricing governance and challenging discounting decisions where required
• Supporting pricing strategy, rate reviews and pricing framework development
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Leveraging pricing data and analytics to improve commercial outcomes
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across pricing and profitability

We are interested in individuals with strong pricing and commercial finance experience gained within:

• Other complex commercial environments

• Strong commercial and pricing expertise
• Experience improving profitability and margins
• Pricing governance and control framework experience
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
• Confidence influencing senior decision-makers
• A strategic and solutions‑focused mindset

Previous people management experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Salary of £60,000-£80,000
